This study looks at the difficulties in creating electronic identity cards and the service quality of electronic identity cards at the district office of West Meral. This study uses substantive, administrative, and technical indicators to apply the Sampara service quality theory. This study employed a mixed methods approach using a descriptive methodology. Subdistrict heads, district secretaries, governmental leaders, population administrators, and community members made up the study's samples.
